One challenging variation, Crescent Solitaire, is a two-deck version of the game. Technically this game does not offer a continue if you click the game over button. When you can not shuffle through the deck any more times and you have no valid moves left it is game over. The first level offers 20 minutes, and each subsequent level offers 2 fewer minutes, so the second level is 18 minutes, the third level is 16 minutes, and the fourth level is 14 minutes. This game has 4 levels with each level giving you less time time complete it than the earlier level.

If you exceed the level time limit the game is over. You win by clearing the Tableau cards onto the Foundation cards as quickly as possible. Each second you have remaining in your time limit is worth 10 points.Įach time you move a card from one tableau column to another you score 10 points & each time you move a card from a tableau column to the foundation it is worth 10 points. On the foundations cards must be build up from the Aces on 4 columns and down from the Kings on the other 4 columns. On the tableau cards can be built up or down in sequential order, but must be built in suit. This game also has an undo button on the left side bottom of the screen. You can drag cards off the Tableau without laying them to see what the next card underneath it is. All the cards are dealt into play and up to 5 reshuffles of the Tableau are permitted. There are eight foundation piles across the bottom where the Kings and Aces have already been laid to start the foundations. The playing field is organized with sixteen piles of six cards each on the Tableau. In the bottom right corner there is a pause button and buttons for sound and music control.At the bottom center there is a button to use up to 3 hints, a clock showing your remaining time, and a shuffle button whic shows how many shuffles you have remaining.You can use the undo move button an unlimited number of times & you can also move cards slightly off a stack to see the next card underneath it without being forced to commit to a play.

At the bottom left corner of the game there are buttons to switch to full screen mode, turn autoplaying to the foundations on or off, or undo moves.The upper right corner shows your score.The upper left corner shows your current level.The first round offers 5 reshuffles, and you get fewer shuffles as you progress through the levels to where the final level offers 3 shuffles. You are allowed a set number of reshuffles per round. If you do not like a deal, or you are stuck in a game, you can click the reshuffle button on the bottom right.
